01A download failed or returned the wrong file. What should I send you?
Send the exact asset URL you pasted, the downloader you used (for example Magnific (formerly Freepik) or Envato Elements), the email on your account, and a screenshot of the error if there was one. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it and fix it in one reply.
02How fast do you reply?

03I have a billing or refund question.
